This 45 minute adult participation class is designed to introduce children ages 18 months to 2.5 years to basic concepts of movement and music. Age appropriate gross motor and social skills are developed using creative movement activities, song & dance routines, basic tumbling and pre-ballet. "Me Moments," sprinkled throughout the class offer a great opportunity for parents or care givers to get in some exercise of their own with quick conditioning exercises designed to use the toddlers as weights! *Considered a 1 hour class for tuition purposes.

Summer is a great time to get a little taste of everything! Each week dancers will get to try different styles including ballet, tap, jazz, musical theater, lyrical, hip hop, acrobatics and creative movement/improvisation. So much fun!!! :-D

Musical Theater students are encouraged to take advantage of our jazz offerings listed above for the summer session. Musical Theater music and performance techniques will be incorporated.
Includes a short cardio warm-up, then concentrates on exercises aimed at strengthening specific muscle groups with variations for multiple skill levels and finishing with full body stretches to increase flexibility and range of motion. Great for dancers and non-dancers alike. Ages 13+ (younger company members or serious students with instructor's permission).
Adult Classes
See the appropriate style section for beginner and intermediate/advanced adult classes in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Modern, and Hip Hop. Adults are also welcome in the Stretch & Strengthening, and Pointe classes. Sign up for the whole session or choose the drop-in option and just come when you can. While space is rarely an issue, class sizes are limited and drop-ins are offered on a first come first served basis. The drop-in rates are $20 per one hour class, $10 per half hour class and $30 per ninety minute class.
