Dressing Room Assignments:

  • Students in multiple levels should report to the room that corresponds to the majority of your classes. So if you're in two Level 3s and a Level 2 you're considered a 3 and should report to the Classrooms. If you're in one Level 3 and two Level 2s you're considered a 2 and should report to the Green Room. If you're in equal number of Level 2s and Level 3s, go to the Green Room if you are in 3 or fewer Leveled classes, to the Classrooms if you are in 4 or more Leveled classes.
  • Parents DO NOT need to come back to help your dancers change but please do make sure to have all your dancers' costumes/accessories/tights/shoes well organized IN A GARMENT BAG, ALL ITEMS LABELED WITH THEIR NAME, to help facilitate smooth changes.
  • All dancers will remain in the green room/dressing rooms with their designated class volunteer(s) or teachers at all times when not on stage, through the end of the show. We expect all families to stay for the entirety of the show to cheer on all the dancers and participate in the curtain call and recognitions at the end of the show.
  • No parents are allowed in the green room or dressing rooms during the show except the designated volunteers, and parents of Mini and Petite Company dancers (if desired).

Backstage Dressing Rooms - no one assigned, quick changes only

  • Our backstage dressing rooms are small this year, and will only be used for designated quick changes. Nobody is assigned to them.

Classrooms - Level 3+ Classes, Teen/Adult Classes, and Mini & Petite Core Company Members

  • The classrooms will include a co-ed waiting room, as well as multiple female-only changing rooms. Level 3+ males will report to the co-ed waiting room and may use the provided changing tents, bathrooms, or backstage dressing rooms for costume changes.
